Meanwhile, as a result of the tests performed at the hospital, it is revealed that Nazlı needs serious heart surgery. It is not possible for Mahmut to provide the money necessary for the surgery. At that time, a news he saw in the newspaper pushes Mahmut to make a plan. If the plan is successful, Nazlı's life will be saved.
