Aurora's return to Tanah Rata creates tension as everyone is shocked by her presence, especially Harris (Ungku Ismail Aziz), Aurora's former lover and son of Dato' Hamzah. At that time, Harris, who is also the owner of a large tea plantation in Tanah Rata, is already engaged to Putri Adrina (Anzalna Nasir), the heir to Engku Azhar (Dato' Eizlan Yusof), owner of Malaysia's largest vegetable plantation. Aurora is shocked to learn that her family's business is now heavily in debt and ostracized by the villagers.
