The Sanremo Case
An ironic and comic trial, in five episodes, of the history of the Sanremo Festival, demystifying the most solemn musical event on Italian television. The "judge" Renzo Arbore presides, together with "Prosecutor" Michele Mirabella and "Defense attorney" Lino Banfi.
FF.SS. cioè '...che mi hai portato a fare sopra a Posillipo se non mi vuoi più bene?'
Based on a supposed screenplay by Fellini that fell out of a window, Arbore tells the southern story of a shaggy-haired Neapolitan girl, a toilet attendant, who arrives in the foggy north to become a singer, and whom he becomes her boorish manager.
Arrapaho
Scella Pezzata, daughter of the Indian chief Heavy Ball of the Cefaloni tribe, is betrothed to Cavallo Pazzo, but is in love with Arrapaho, son of the Indian chief Mazza Nera of the Arrapaho tribe, who is in turn the object of Luna Caprese's wishes of the Froceyenne tribe.
Gli Squallor
A documentary about Squallor, Italy's first and most successful "ghost band" project, created by four big bosses of 70's-80's Italian music business.
