Unsung Cinderella, Midori, the Hospital Pharmacist

Aoi Midori is a pharmacist and in the 8-year span of her career, she has worked according to her strong belief that "One must know the patient well in order to prescribe the correct medication as medicine is the bond that connects the patient's today to his/her daily life henceforth". Due to that, Aoi usually takes a long time in her consultations with the patients, and this causes her to be complained by her colleagues for being too inefficient in her work. Aoi shrugs off the complaints as her goal is to help the patients regain the daily life that they once took for granted.

Oh My Boss! Love not included

Nami Suzuki is an ordinary girl with no particular dream and only wants a moderate amount of work and love. She decides to go to Tokyo to chase after her crush, Kenya. However, instead of working at the equipment management department where Kenya belongs, Nami has been assigned to the magazine editorial department and meets Reiko Hōrai, the youngest editor-in-chief, who is very smart but has a poisonous tongue. Nami becomes stressed as she constantly gets criticized by Reiko for her poor working performance. At the same time, Nami meets cameraman Junnosuke, a son from a rich family who made a surprising proposal to Nami. Nami,mwho used to want a moderate amount of work and love, is now running at full speed towards both.

Overprotected Kahoko

College student Kahoko is the quintessential overprotected child born out of today's Japanese society. Shielded by her parents, Kahoko grew up completely pampered and became somewhat of a miraculously naive "test tube human." In This Corner of the World

18-year-old Urano Suzu marries Hojo Shusaku and moves from Eba City to Kure City in Hiroshima Prefecture in the middle of the Pacific War. As Japan slides into a war it cannot get out of, the townspeople go on with their “ordinary” lives. Supplies are short, and family and friends get sent to the battlefield. Suzu and the Hojo family battle such anxieties as they try to live positively.

According to Masa, Ayu prepares to make her debut as a singer. Meanwhile, she encounters jealousy from rivals at her record label. Trusting Masa, Ayu endures her problems. She also develops feelings for Masa and Masa also holds feelings for her.

While wavering between life and death, he sees a gourmet food program on television, and realising he's never once eaten crab in his life decides that "For my last day on this Earth, I'll eat crab". Settings his sights on the wife who lives in a high-class neighbourhood that he happened across in a library, he forces his way into her home. And thus, he demands money from her, however things go in an unexpected direction.
