Malhação is a Brazilian television series for the teenage audience. The soap started in 1995, and was set in a fictional Gym Club called Malhação on Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro. Through the years the location varied slightly. Although the name of the soap remains the same, it is now set in the Múltipla Escolha High School.

The Trapalhões

Os Trapalhões was a Brazilian comedy group and also a Brazilian television series created by Wilton Franco. Its members were Dedé Santana, Zacarias, Mussum and their leader Didi Mocó, that was played by Renato Aragão. The name Trapalhões is derived from the Portuguese verb atrapalhar, which means the opposite of helping, to do something the wrong way or to Those that confuse. The name is translated "Tramps" in English DVD subtitles. It was aired by Rede Globo from 1977 to 1999. On March 18, 1990, Zacarias died due to respiratory failure, but the group and the series didn't come to an end until July 29, 1994, when Mussum died due to an unsuccessful heart transplant.

Edu is a single father and tries to always be present in Lipe's life, attempting to keep him away from his mother, Mariana, whose drug addiction prevented her from raising her son. Edu's future father-in-law, João Mourão, is the biggest businessman in Nova Aliança: he owns a farm, a dairy, a meatpacking plant, and a transportation company. João takes issue with Edu when he discovers that the young man is a strong defender of nature and environmental protection laws, which turns him into a rival in the fight for a stretch of virgin forest.

Another Power

The first scenes of the telenovela Another Power were recorded at Palermo and Tonnara di Scopello two cities in Italy. One of the most impressive scenes was the terrible explosion of a car where were Tony Castellamare’s wife and their twin daughters; after he arrive at the crime scene, he testified the explosion causing the death of his family.

A Viagem

The soap opera's central theme is life after death, inspired by the philosophy of Allan Kardec, the codifier of Spiritism. The character who drives the plot is Alexandre, a delinquent who kills himself in prison after being convicted of robbery followed by homicide and goes on to torment the lives of all those he considers responsible for his tragic fate.

Salsa e Merengue

The elegant and wealthy Bárbara gives birth to a stillborn child, but never receives the bad news.
