Alberto Angela makes us discover famous monuments - such as the dome of St. Peter's, the sublime Pietà, the frescoes of the Sistine Chapel - and the gardens immersed in the quiet night. He tells us a long story of power, spirituality and patronage that has also known dramatic moments.
